I had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure that all of my needs were met and were always available to answer my questions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the lake while enjoying my breakfast. It was a perfect way to start my day. The location was also great - it was easy to get around and explore this beautiful city. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
Can't fault anything about it.

The surroundings of the hotel are worth mentioning, as they featured stunning lake views, beautiful sunsets, and rental bicycles to explore the area. the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There were plentiful futons and bedding in the rooms, as well as clean and well-maintained equipment.
The dinner experience was unpleasant due to a lack of variety and subpar quality, including improperly cleaned sashimi with bones.

the view of the nearby lake was a great pleasure. the indoor hot spring is good, providing a nice relaxing contrast with the cold weather during Christmas.
the so-called festive meal was sparse, with not very tasty food, and the wait to be seated was long because the restaurant was full.

We spent our New Year holidays in a cozy hotel surrounded by stunning scenery. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a great onsen and local beer. the hotel was located in a peaceful area and we could rent bicycles to explore the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast.
The futons were hard and thin, which made sleeping uncomfortable. , the dinner was not very satisfying and lacked variety.
